We didn't have many gainers and a few stay the samers!

 

Everyone is trying hard at their woe, exercise and drinking all the water they can!

 

I'm a stay the samer, guess my "ladies day out"

was to much and going to the gym yesterday didn't help much!

Up maybe a pound or two, but since it's "that time" then it is most likely water weight gain.

Happy Friday everyone! Unable to post yesterday due to work. I had my official weighin today and I lost 3.25 lbs this week. It helps to officially weighin and accountable to someone besides myself. I battled Krispy Kremes in the office and a 5:00 Pizza delivery to the hordes at work this week. Even the cheetos were shouting at me in the store today.

 

It made it just a little easier to say no knowing that I had to step on the scale today. It also made it worth it seeing that loss.

Happy Friday everyone! I had my official weigh in today and lost 3.25 lbs this week.

 

It was nice to see the loss this week as I battled Krispy Kremes, Pizza and a potluck at work this week. Even the cheetos were shouting out my name at the store today.

I am late as we came home from Vegas yesterday. The angels must have been with me because I ate and drank and we walked and walked and walked and I stayed the same. I am grateful for no gain so it is a good day.
