Voyager Class - Deck 7 - Promenade Stateroom

Can anyone on here comment as to whether the promenade cabins on the Voyager Class ships on deck 7 above the English pub let in any noise?

 

I am looking at #7577 on Navigator.

Our friends were over the pub on deck 7 PR on the Mariner in Jan. and never once complained of any noise. Remember, also, that deck 6 is directly over the pub.
