Paying in full by December 2013?

We received the catalog for the 2015 maiden season of Viking Star and are particularly interested in the Viking Homelands sail (Stockholm - Bergen). From their web site, it looks like the Veranda staterooms are already sold out so we're now looking at a Deluxe Veranda which starts at $5,799. The price sounds good, but we're not sure we want to pay in full by the end of this year in order to get the Early Booking Discount. (Other trips to budget for in 2013/2014.) If we pay only the deposit to hold the room, does anyone have an idea of how much their prices might go up if we wait til 90 days out to pay the full amount? I realize no one has a crystal ball, but any thoughts?

If you don't pay by 12/31/2013 your reservation will be cancelled. You will take your chances that there is any availability after that. I seems like a long way ahead to pay but Viking has found that it works for them
