amberline Posted June 28, 2013 #1 Share Posted June 28, 2013 My husband has recently passed away and we had enjoyed cruising with fred on the Black Prince and Boudicca. Does anyone have any idea of Freds policy on scattering ashes at sea as i am thinking of maybe doing a cruise next year. Possibly Tangier & Seductive Spain. Thanks Sue xxx
Parsman Posted June 28, 2013 #2 Share Posted June 28, 2013 I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I believe such arrangements can be made. I suggest that you contact Fred. Olen Cruise Lines in Ipswich direct. Regards.
stuart101 Posted June 28, 2013 #3 Share Posted June 28, 2013 There are no legal issues concerning the scattering of ashes at sea. Fred Oslen may have a problem with you scattering the ashes when underway as anything thrown overboard can be an issue but when moored i cant see why there could be a problem
