remydiva Posted July 8, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 8, 2013 Just trying to add some shore excursions and while I can get into the personalizer and see the 'view excursions' when I click I get an error message over and over about 'we can't process' call 1-800 Princess or try again later. I tried many times..later then tried phoning. Was on hold for 10 mins and hung up. Are they having web problems any one know? Any one else having troubles? Rare gottagocit Posted July 8, 2013 #2 Share Posted July 8, 2013 I was able to log into the personalizer just moments ago but during the day I have recieved 10 messages from Princess all of which were almost identical and told me I needed to visit the personalizer and complete my passenger information. It does appear to be down now for me as well. :mad: My power went out today too :mad: I was on hold with Princess for probably 15 mins or more (needless to say, strange enough I did not get the opportunity to answer the quick 4 question survey...I seem to only get it when things go well which is usually but a couple of times, no and then no survey...hmmmm) anyways, the fellow said he couldn't see anything wrong with my personalizer.
