Starboard on fantasy class. Can't remember dream or spirit class.

If you're asking about the upper deck area, which in most cases would be Deck 10, the Starboard side of the ship is the smoking area. That would be the right-hand side of the ship as you're facing forward. The ashtrays mounted along the railing would be a good clue.
