Help with cabin On M6

Just booked mini suite 8136 looking at the diagram the balcony looks slanted. Any advice on what cabin option at this level would be better or would this one be ok. I'm so confused lol

Yes, the balcony is cut at an angle and when you look over your railing, you are looking down at the deck below rather than the water. I would switch to a cabin further toward the bow to overlook the water. 8134 or beyond.

 

There is a Breakaway cabin spreadsheet here somewhere on the board. If you can find it and click on the small x within each category, you can see pics and location info.

thanks so so much. I called and switched to 8728. Sounds like a great size. It's 207 sf in the cabin with 103 sf of balcony space. total of 310 sf. Some people said it was a waste to upgrade from a Balcony to a Mini Suit with Large balcony but the balcony only had a total of 207 sf as opposed to 310 sf. Was worth the extra $50 pp to me. We are going on a casino gift I got from the Taj in Atlantic City so with the upgrades its only costing me $860 bucks pp for this cruise The gift was for an inside cabin and only paying taxes ad fees so we opted for the upgrade. Funny we started with booking an inside then we upgraded to a balcony and now to the Mini with large balcony I told my sister in law by the time we go in March I will have us upgraded to a penthouse suite lol

Val523: We will have the M6 cabin you mentioned being in on the Breakaway next spring, but on the Getaway. I am assuming it will be almost a duplicate. You said it was a great cabin. Do you have any pictures of it--especially interested in pics of the balcony.

Will this same logic apply on the Escape (since it is a little bit larger)? We are booked in 8134, and I don't want an angled balcony (meaning, we want the full-sized balcony).
