PORT ROYAL Posted September 23, 2013 #6 Share Posted September 23, 2013 Are you looking for somewhere the day before or the day of the Cruise? Galatoties - Go for the RIBEYE Or Antoines for a true ethnic experience and they offer an excellent 'Group Menu'
nolatravelgirl Posted September 23, 2013 #7 Share Posted September 23, 2013 Galatoties - Go for the RIBEYEOr Antoines for a true ethnic experience and they offer an excellent 'Group Menu' Well I assume you are speaking of "Galatoires" which is a NOLA mainstay. I have always considered it a see and be seen lunch spot, not so much a dinner spot. Calling Antoine's "ethnic" is pretty much a stretch. It is a fine dining establishment with classically prepared dishes.

Note your dissection of my post, but also noted the lack of a helpful suggestion to the OP.:)
