GW Finns is wonderful. Preservation Hall is the best known place for Jazz.

Well I assume you are speaking of "Galatoires" which is a NOLA mainstay. I have always considered it a see and be seen lunch spot, not so much a dinner spot.

 

Calling Antoine's "ethnic" is pretty much a stretch. It is a fine dining establishment with classically prepared dishes.
