lulu_cruising Posted October 27, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 27, 2013 I know that I can bring 12 bottles of water/pop per person at embarkment, but could someone tell me if we can check those cases or do we need to pack them in our carry-on? We are travelling on Carnival Sunshine in December.
CruiserBruce Posted October 27, 2013 #2 Share Posted October 27, 2013 As this is a Carnival policy question, best to ask on the Carnival board. There is no reason to bring more than 1 refillable bottle of water on board. The water on board is as pure, and good tasting as you will find anywhere, is FREE, and doesn't cause a plastic waste problem.
Rare Keith1010 Posted October 27, 2013 #3 Share Posted October 27, 2013 CruiserBruce has it right. I would ask all of your Carnival related questions on the Carnival Board. Keith

The rule states that you can bring it, but that you have to carry it on. I forgot this and packed a few cans of soda in my luggage, and it was confiscated. However, someone else in my travel party packed hers, and it made it. So, you might be safe to pack it, but you are taking a chance. And you are supposed to carry it on. Have fun!
