I had problems with the site, late, last night. This morning, I am still having problems. Is anyone else able to log on to the Princess site? Thank you!

Yes...but it worked if I used "Booked Passengers...sign in"....then all was well.

What is "Booked Passengers, sign in"? I only have one user name/sign in.

 

I sign in/Register, type password and then when I enter, it goes to the same sign-in screen.

Go to the home page.....look near the top in in the white area to the right side ...you will see "Booked Passengers". Scroll over that and you will see "Cruise Personalizer"....use the left hand form.

 

That works for me....twice so far today

Also having trouble with web site. When I tried to sign in the screen returned with welcome and then about twenty random letters. I also have gotten pop ups on this site. Do you think site is corrupted or just not working properly.

I have had the same problem for a couple of days but get in if I sign in to the Captain`s Circle through the "help" on the right hand side.

That is what I got too. Everything seems to be correct though except for those crazy letters.

Mine is doing same thing. I thought it was just me! Glad to know others are having same problem.
