Waiting area at POM?

Is there a place for families to wait while another family member picks up a car at a nearby rental company?

No inside waiting area. Just a couple of benches outside at the curb where the airport shuttles are.

OK for early morning wait (but like someone else stated - not when it's raining).

If the cruise is ending you could wait inside with the luggage and then have them call you as they are getting close and then go through customs. Other than that you have to wait outside.

Agree with Keith that things can get kind of hectic outside. Send the car person ahead. Then a bit later, you all head out. (A cell phone would be very handy here.) That way if there's a line to get the car, you all aren't standing around outside forever.
