Day room required Newark Airport

Can anyone recommend a hotel we can get a day room prior to our return flight to the UK when we disembark VOS in October. Our return flight is not is not untill 7.50pm

the Marriott is connected to the terminal and our last trip to Europe we had a 5 hour layover. Walked over to the Marriott and got into the pool-exercise room area*. Had a change of clothes to a swim suit and wife and I lounged around in that area till time to change back to our travel duds.

* The door sometimes requires key card access -- if locked, like was on us, I went to front desk and explained that I am a Marriott Rewards member and they gave me a key for the door. Or you can hang around the door and perhaps catch it open when someone leaves.
