What happens if one person in a twin can not go

Hi what happens if one person in a twin can not go ,it's too late to get a refund now so the person will loose which is not the issue, the issue is what will happen

At the dock when only one person turns up for that twin ( we are a group of 12) Also can the cancelled person Get the prepaid tips and drink package all ready paid for refunded

Nothing will happen at the dock. The person who is not going will eventually get a refund to their credit card for anything they pre-booked (excursions, tips, dining, etc.) plus taxes.

You don't say how far out you are from your cruise... but depending on how much time is left, you MAY be able to substitute someone else for you canceling friend.

 

Awhile back, I was able to do so without charge after final pay, but before documentation was issued. Rules may have changed, and US and AUS rules are often different.
