asalligo Posted January 1, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 1, 2014 It appears that I must book it at the excursion desk when I get onboard, but is there any other option? Thanks
Starlight Durban Cruising Posted January 1, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 1, 2014 From all the replies that I have seen about this over the last 2 years it can only be booked onboard. They only take ~16 people (or 32 if they do 2 groups) and typically always sell out, so probably not worth creating a web page to take bookings when they can only handle a much smaller group. asalligo Posted January 1, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted January 1, 2014 Wow, I did not see basically the same exact question asked just before me.
cruizinisthebest Posted January 1, 2014 #4 Share Posted January 1, 2014 Onboard only. That's the only way I've ever seen mentioned on here.

vwrestler171 Posted January 1, 2014 #11 Share Posted January 1, 2014 The shorter cruises 5 day and less is $55/pp and the 6+ day cruises are $95, as far as I remember.

That is correct--unless you're doing a 4 or 5 day on the Glory, then they bump the price to $95. We tried doing BTF while it was doing the Canadian route from Boston and they hiked the price since it was a larger ship.
DallasGuy75219 Posted January 1, 2014 #13 Share Posted January 1, 2014 FYI, you can also book at the purser's desk if the shore excursions desk isn't open yet.
Cruznjuly Posted January 1, 2014 #14 Share Posted January 1, 2014 I was on the 5 day Inspiration... $65 and worth every penny. We were first in line at excursion desk- got on board around 11. There wasn't even any staff yet!! Purser could NOT book for us, so we waited. Only about 20 min, and we got the first 2 spots! :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
golfadj Posted January 1, 2014 #15 Share Posted January 1, 2014 Ours was on the Glory and we asked tons of questions and it ran about 4 hours. Awesome tour
Dare2Believe Posted January 1, 2014 #16 Share Posted January 1, 2014 I don't believe there's any other option. If you go to guest services as soon as you board the ship, you should be fine and able to get in the tour. We loved it and thought the tour was worth every penny! Enjoy!
