Pam in CA Posted January 7, 2014 #3 Share Posted January 7, 2014 (edited) We will be cruising on the Royal Princess on February 23rd. We are booked in room R-433, has anyone stayed in this room? Appreciate any feedback. Thanks. As the Royal is relatively new, we're still learning about it. R433 is an MA mini-suite with a larger, angled balcony. It's beneath the Skywalk so there will be people looking down but it won't be as bad as a Dolphin deck mini-suite on any Grand-class ship as only someone actually on Skywalk can see your balcony. They will not be able to see into your cabin. These cabins are becoming popular because of the larger, angled balcony. Here's a view from the Skywalk. Your balcony is the third passenger deck down in the lower left of this photo. The balcony will be like the one on the upper right. Mrswiz Posted January 7, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted January 7, 2014 Thanks for all the info. We worked hard on trying to get a larger balcony mid ship near an elevator. We like to spend a lot of time resting, cocktails, etc. on the balcony. This will be our 5th cruise with Princess. We have always enjoyed them. My husband is disabled and its hard for him to walk long distances without resting that's why we picked mid ship to be half way from the front or aft of the ship. I hope the elevators will not be a big issue. We're going to stay positive and looking forward to a wonderful cruise.
