We'll pass it on again,and see if they can assist. Reply To say one is appalled by this request is an understatement. You had all the information by E-mail to the address you requested together with subsequent reminders. To ask again for a re-send begs the question that Celebrity has actually lost it. Question: Have you lost it? Please answer with a YES or NO only :eek::confused: :mad: Still no further forward!!!! Hi guys I previously posted posted regarding poor service from Celebrity asking to involve somebody or anybody to resolve a very small request. Celebrity responded on CC and apologised! stating all would be resolved. Guess what? Two months on!!!:eek::mad:I I am still waiting for a new set of documents to be issued. It is now nearly 6 months since we I made the initial request!!!! Yes, I have involved the Captains Club both in the USA and UK. Yes, I have involved the Resolutions Departments Yes, I have involved the Social Network departments Yes, I have involved the Customer Services Departments, both in the UK and USA Yes I did state to Celebrity that as the matter was being dealt with I would not post the Celebrity failings on CC. Weeks have now passed!! Unable to do no more, and I am confronted with a dismissal and a failure to undertake a small task. :mad: But it now gone beyond the pale!! If the website worked well then there wouldn't be half as many calls to their call center. I've had to call about things like beverage package that was to be included and never showed up as confirmed. Had it been done right in the first place I wouldn't have had to call again. Fix the website for online bookings. Fix the shore excursion booking section. Fix the dinner reservation section. Then.....put in an enhanced FAQ section with a good search function. In the meantime, use a speaker phone or a hands free headset while waiting so you can do something else at the same time. Since formal night can change (we have experienced this) this is not something I would bother to phone about. +1 to this.
