Lsimon Posted January 25, 2014 #26 Share Posted January 25, 2014 (edited) Ever since I made final payment I haven’t been able to access the reservation for our second leg of our B2B Cruise. No problem with accessing the first leg prior to and after final payment. Multiple phone calls with my complaint and nothing but lip service in return! Celebrity needs to hire some real IT geeks. Sometimes if you can not access a reservation through "My Celebrity" when you are logged in, or if it does not work correctly, you might be successful trying the following: Log out and leave web site Wait 20 minutes (might not have to do this) Go to Celebrity web site but DO NOT log in or go to My Celebrity. Instead, Select "Already Booked" and then "Online Check-in" and enter your information. It's worth a try in any event. Cthy651 Posted January 25, 2014 #27 Share Posted January 25, 2014 The Celebrity site is pathetic, I have been trying for a week to book excursions, and it keeps saying it is doing maintenance. They either do not want my business, or are arrogant enough to think we will book once on the ship. Pull up your socks Celebrity - get your website fixed.

At least I was able to access the first booking and print off our Xpress Pass.
Biker19 Posted January 26, 2014 #29 Share Posted January 26, 2014 (edited) According to the CSR on the phone this is the first time she's heard of this until she put me on a long hold. When she came back she said she talked to their IT folks and this is a known issue: The "system" upped the price of my cruise by $400 for no reason. I haven't touched anything on the reservation since I booked about 4 weeks ago. So, be aware of unprovoked price changes. Within a minute of hanging up I got an invoice with the correct amounts and the online reservation was fixed.
