Where to buy drinks in Miami?

We are just wondering if there is anywhere near the port to buy soda (and maybe water) to take on board?

 

We are staying near the airport on the night we get in and plan to take a shuttle or taxi to the port. If we are unable to find anywhere near our hotel, does anyone know of anything close by before we embark?

There is nothing at the port. It's basically an industrial port area with some cruise ship terminals lined up along the turning basin and channel

 

Your best bet would be finding something near the hotel. Another option is to have the cab driver stop at the CVS downtown before you head over the bridge to the Port of Miami.

I was going to say the same but if OP's hotel is so near airport that the flat fee would apply, it'd probably be cheaper to separately take a taxi (or even a hotel shuttle) to the grocery store before leaving the hotel with allthe luggage etc.

Agree. Depending on the hotel there might be something walking distance, or at least the hotel shuttle should be able to do a quick trip. There are a bunch of ethnic grocers along 7th running along the south side of the airport. There's also a Winn Dixie on 11th street just east of the airport, and a Publix along 7th street on the west end of blue lagoon. Not sure I'd walk around, but the hotel should have the ability to get them there

 

OP, if you mention the hotel maybe someone can suggest a place
