Prefdavid Posted February 22, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 22, 2014 (edited) Received our eDocs from our TA last week and on reviewing these, I found the EDocs is a 28 page booklet and the “Printer friendly” version (a pdf) is 15 pages. Do we really need to print all of this in this eco-friendly, paper saving world we live in. I assume that none of this is coming as printed documents from Azamara nor our TA. Can anyone advise just how much (or little) we really need to print before boarding? For example can we just print the Xpress Pass? Edited February 22, 2014 by Prefdavid
Rare uktog Posted February 22, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 22, 2014 Are you taking a smart phone or iPad/tablet with you? If so none save the document as a reference I print out the phone numbers page just in case and having checked the other info ties up to my invoice I carry hard copy of the invoice. I can see the rest on my iPad if need be ( to date in all our cruises since things went e I've never needed the edocs All the above assumes you do on line checkin and print that document
excitedofharpenden Posted February 22, 2014 #3 Share Posted February 22, 2014 David, if there are vouchers contained within your edocs for flights, hotels, transfers etc that you booked with Azamara print those pages off. Otherwise no need to print anything else except your XPress pass. I mostly book my own airfare and hotels so never print anything from the edocs. Worthwhile having a quick glance at them to make sure the main details are correct though. Phil
autumn lass Posted February 22, 2014 #4 Share Posted February 22, 2014 David. As Phil says you only need the Xpress Pass and any vouchers plus perhaps the invoice. As I have an iPad I too save copies to this and just print out the Xpress Pass and vouchers for transfers, hotels etc. Though so far the only doc we have ever had to produce is the Xpress Pass. My TA also emails me a copy (as I opted not to have paper copies) which I can save to my iPad. I tend to save all my docs re the cruise to my iPad. Enjoy your voyage Hilary
Prefdavid Posted February 22, 2014 Author #5 Share Posted February 22, 2014 Thank you all for the advice. I've completed the online check in but haven't printed that yet. I'll copy these docs onto my netbook and smart phone as suggested (don't have a tablet) and print out the Xpress pass, vouchers and invoice. That'll help save a few trees. :)

scapel Posted February 24, 2014 #8 Share Posted February 24, 2014 Yes I requested these a week or 2 ago but nothing has arrived to date. :( David, Do not leave home without luggage tags even if you have to make your own from the electronically deliverd luggage tag. Once I was told I could get them at the dock. I am glad I didn't listen to that advice. Long story.
