He is usually quite prompt. Maybe we don't have anything, or is he gone? Anyone hear from him lately? Or who else is there to contact? If he was no longer with the company, then his email should "bounce back" as undeliverable. Have you considered that he may be on Vacation? She told me that she has sent a few emals to him that for some reason have ended up in his junk folder. I don't fully understand all this electronic stuff but I know I've had problems like that too.
