.... There are toilets in there - I don't know about baby-changing facilities, however.

 

Update: I found this page about the Ocean terminal, and according to it "mother and baby changing facilities are upstairs, towards the back of the terminal".

 

Ignore what the document says about parking, however - it's written on the basis that you might have booked car parking with a provider other than CPS. CPS operate in the drop-off area, and will take your car away from there.
