islegroove Posted April 14, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2014 Most people know about the dunking of the wench in St George's. Last year Dockyard started their own historical re-enactment. It will be performed every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am to 9:50am in the Victualling Yard. (I haven't seen it as I'm usually at work at that time). http://www.bermudasun.bm/Content/LIFESTYLE/Lifestyle/Article/Funny-sketch-tells-the-history-of-Dockyard/9/230/76320

When I was on my cruise last week, one of my table companions had wonderful memories of coming to Bermuda and volunteered to be the wench when the person who was scheduled to do it became ill.
