jenng1976 Posted May 20, 2014 #11 Share Posted May 20, 2014 We should find out on Thursday per John H. He mentioned on FB that Alaska schedules would be out then. I also posted a follow up question to ask if Hawaii was going to be released as well, and he said yes. Fingers crossed that date holds! And I can't vote in the poll using the cc app, but I vote that Miracle will be in Tampa! :) Sent from my iPad using Forums

Captain Carnival Posted May 20, 2014 Author #13 Share Posted May 20, 2014 I have a feeling we're going to lose the Miracle and it won't be replaced for the Mexican Riviera route. Let's hope everyone wins!
KroozFoolz Posted May 20, 2014 #14 Share Posted May 20, 2014 Is it definite that Legend is returning to Australia? Carnival Corp announced this yesterday: http://www.cruiseindustrynews.com/cruise-news/11114.html Two HAL ships being transferred to P&O Australia. This could mean another ship not sailing 7 day itineraries from Tampa. Could this announcement be related/connected to where Carnival will deploy Miracle and Legend? I would find it surprising for Carnival to set up a deployment that would require twice a year Panama Canal sailings, though if the recent repositioning canal cruises have sold well and produced good revenue, perhaps they will. Interesting.....it would be nice to keep BOTH the Legend and Miracle here in our own waters; perhaps the HAL news is the third side of the coin!!! tampabrat22 Posted May 20, 2014 #17 Share Posted May 20, 2014 Fingers crossed the Miracle comes to Tampa!! That's one of my fave ships we've sailed on! I am debating on getting married on board a Carnival ship in the port of Tampa and the Miracle would be perfect!!;)

fanda120608 Posted May 21, 2014 #19 Share Posted May 21, 2014 Hopefully there isn't a third option of 'no replacement'. We've pretty much decided our next 7 day out of Tampa will most likely be on RCL. We loved our Legend cruise but Carnival stole her from us.

We've pretty much decided our next 7 day out of Tampa will most likely be on RCL. We loved our Legend cruise but Carnival stole her from us. Option... 1. Either Legend or Miracle 2. Paradise remains alone 4 and 5 day cruises 3. Paradise adds 7 day cruises too 4. Another Fantasy Class ships joins Paradise 5. Carnival opts to build another BIG SHIP FRIENDLY port on the other side of the Sunshine Skyway.
rolaur Posted May 21, 2014 #21 Share Posted May 21, 2014 We cruised on the Legend last NYE and will be on the Pride this NYE so the Miracle in Tampa next year would be great. We'd have 3 of the 4 Spirit class ships sailed. That being said, a larger port on the outside of the Sunshine Skyway would be the best but doubtful.
