Clarea Posted June 9, 2014 #3 Share Posted June 9, 2014 Is there turkey bacon or sausage? I know there is turkey bacon on Oasis/Allure in the Solarium Cafe. I could not stomach it.
DannyDriscoll Posted June 9, 2014 #4 Share Posted June 9, 2014 turkey sausage is in WindJammer but it tastes like a wellington.
Rare BillOh Posted June 9, 2014 #5 Share Posted June 9, 2014 I know there is turkey bacon on Oasis/Allure in the Solarium Cafe. I could not stomach it. We agree on that. I think they take the cardboard off the back of tablets and call that turkey bacon.
Rala Posted June 9, 2014 #6 Share Posted June 9, 2014 turkey sausage is in WindJammer but it tastes like a wellington. I assume you don't mean "beef wellington", but a rubber boot. Just so we folks on this side of the pond don't get confused!!! LOL!:D

CntPAcruiser Posted June 10, 2014 #9 Share Posted June 10, 2014 The turkey sausage at breakfast isn't the worst I've had, but it somehow seems greasier than the regular breakfast sausage links. Oasis and Allure have turkey bacon in the solarium café at breakfast, which is the "healthy option" dining. Insofar as you cannot eat the turkey bacon, it is low-calorie. I think it may well be plastic bacon from a child's playset. The untouched pieces are probably washed with the dishes and returned to the buffet. Rare JamesEM Posted June 10, 2014 #14 Share Posted June 10, 2014 The turkey bacon was more like bad turkey jerky on the Oasis last year.
loudbmw Posted June 10, 2014 #15 Share Posted June 10, 2014 I try to limit the amount of red meat I eat, that said I can't stand the turkey sausage they serve at breakfast. On the other hand, I like the turkey burgers in the windjammer better than the well done hockey pucks they call hamburgers.
