Shorts in Dining room for breakfast and lunch?

I agree that makes a lot of sense that we can wear them in the dining room as long as we use good sense in how we dress. Thanks for making the call.

Women are allowed to wear knee length or shorter skirts in the dining room. There shouldn't be an issue with anybody wearing a decent pair of walking shorts either. I can certainly see turning people away who just came from the gym or the pool, etc. in bathing suits and tank tops. Thats what the lido is for, right?

Recently returned from the Westerdam's 3/27/05 cruise. People wear shorts to the dining room for breakfast. Many are eating before going to a port and don't want to change clothes between breakfast and activities.
