4th of July in Miami

One of the greatest evenings we ever had was actually when we went on one of those cheesy gambling cruises in florida on July 4th. Two hours of fireworks up and down the coast, visible gor literally hundreds if miles. I think we left from WPB or FLL, but it was MAGNIFICENT.

That actually sounds like a blast!

 

To the OP, absolutely go to Bayside or Bayfront.

 

Actually, the Hampton Inn has a pretty spectacular pool deck and I'd probably rather watch the fireworks from there than fight the crowds. Ask the hotel concierge what the deal is with the 4th.
