surgie Posted June 29, 2014 #1 Share Posted June 29, 2014 I just enrolled in C&A since I hadn't done that when I last cruised 10 years ago. Happily the system added credit for that past cruise. I was prompted to add other family members to my C&A account so I filled in info for my husband who was also on the cruise 10 years ago. It was rejected with the message of "unable to process at this time". I tried again a few hours later and it rejected his information again because "you are trying to activate another adult".
