Fans on Liberty

Anyone had experience with requesting a fan for their cabin on the Liberty. We've had bad experiences with inadequate air conditioners on past cruises on other ships. Should we take a small fan or risk asking for one after we arrive.

We had a very warm cabin 7334 on the Liberty in May. We thought the a/c was broken, as there was very little air coming from the ceiling vent. They gave us a fan. It was noisey and only blew the warm air around.

I never travel without my small, electric fan. Bring an extension cord, too!

I am cruising on the Pride later this month. My mom has to have a fan due to her asthma.

When we booked the cruise I was told it was ok to bring one onboard just make sure it is in your carry-on so you can explain at check-in why you need it onboard

We just got off the Liberty this past Sunday. We requested a fan after boarding and it was delivered to our cabin a couple hours later.
