I think you mixed your cruise lines up. NCL's kids sale free ended 2 August. Royal Caribbean is now having the kids sale free promotion until 31 August.

Usually once or twice a year. I've never seen it 3x a year .. I watch for it like a hawk. I think it's pretty much done year but only NCL knows. They usually come out with the first KSF promo around spring time for fall cruises.

My sister called and asked a few months ago. They told her they won't do it again for the rest of 2014. We are still hopeful. Last year they did it around this time.

They are still doing KSF on a few select cruises (ie: Gem out of NY in November, 2014)

Around the end of April beginning of May for the last 2 years I've gotten the kids sail free then!
