Belize - Tropical Island Excursion Looking for Info

Hi,

 

I am going on the Liberty of the Seas on November 8. I am thinking about doing the Tropical Island excursion in Belize. I can't find any photos or information other then what the RC website has listed. Has anyone done this excursion? Can anyone provide photos, what to expect? What type of food and drink are available? Are there water sports, or floats to rent? I apologize for the bombardment of questions, but I look forward to hear from others who have experienced this beach getaway.
