I have never cruised Costa before. I read somewhere that the all incl. drink package is avail during meal times only? is this true? Does this mean I cant order a glass of wine while sitting poolside?

There are various All Inclusive Drinks Packages (AI), the one you are referring to is the X1 / Costa AI that inclused beer, wine , soft drinks 6 water only during meal times.
