What is the general opinion of the Ad min fee being charged by NCL that is not listed on the terms and conditions of the MyVegas reward? 

 

I have book with CAS before and was charged the ad min fee and was Ok with it. I was told upfront and the amount was clear before purchase. But, not pleased the MyVegas reward does not list the fee before purchasing the non refundable reward.

I agree. Not happy about it. I bought 7 day on Jade from Miami from MyVEGAS.. When I called NCL to book I listened to the Terms & Conditions of “Casino Certificate” as rep read it out loud. This resulted in me booking 10 day cruise on Epic from Port Canaveral instead. Was charged $200 US Admin Fee on top of Taxes and Port Fees.

Can anyone tell me how to redeem the NCL cruise? I received the code but no email with instructions. Thanks

Did they just let you book the Epic instead of the Jade or did you have to pay additional charges? I just redeemed the Dawn for next month but I want to use it for the Dawn in January. Wondering if they apply a credit or just let you apply it to a different cruise.

When you redeem the MyVegas cruise it says it takes up to 72 hours for them to send you the instructions.

Any cruise less than 14 days sailing before December 17, 2018.

Super! Thanks for the phone number. Its been 5 days with no email. I saw the 72 hrs note.
