Cinders411 Posted August 29, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 29, 2014 We will be going on our first RC cruise this fall on the Freedom of the Seas. Have never been to a Johnny Rockets. I know there is a charge however, I am more interested in the entertainment. Are there certain times that are better than others to see them dance? I don't know about on the ships, but on land the restaurants have jukeboxes on the tables. Play the right song and they dance. The last one I saw cost a nickel a song. I do not know if that is how they do it on the ship though.
Rare pasodancer Posted August 29, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 29, 2014 I don't remember any juke-boxes or anyone dancing - at least not at breakfast! :D
Clarea Posted August 29, 2014 #4 Share Posted August 29, 2014 They used to dance on the ships (maybe not at breakfast), but I recently read a post that said they weren't dancing anymore.

russnob Posted August 29, 2014 #9 Share Posted August 29, 2014 We were on the Indy last week. They all danced when Johnny b good and Saturday night fever came on the duke box. We went twice, the first time was the best burger I've ever had in my life, so we decided to go again on the last day and it was horrible. Overcooked and burnt. Milkshakes and sundaes were lovely both times

A2Mich Posted August 30, 2014 #11 Share Posted August 30, 2014 So bye bye Miss American pie...... And you drove your Chevy to the levy, but the levy was dry ? And them good ole boys drinkin' whiskey and rye....
cb at sea Posted August 30, 2014 #12 Share Posted August 30, 2014 Entertainment???? It's hardly entertaining. The waitstaff gyrates to canned music....I certainly would not plan my day around the dancing staff. But, if you insist...they do it about every 15 mins. or so. I have it on good authority that Levy is just fine. The levee, on the other hand, WAS dry. :)
