Muster drill with an infant?

We will be bringing our 13 month old daughter on her first cruise in 3 weeks. Do they have baby size life vests? :confused:

They do have infant life vests. In fact, there should already be one in your room based on the age information given for passengers when you booked. If not, your room steward can grab one for you.

20 years ago we took our older daughter on her first cruise (she was 14 months old), put the vest on her and she screamed the entire time. The rest of the passangers were ready to throw us overboard and we hadn't even left the pier! She's an old pro now at 22 and doesn't even cry anymore.

It's nice to see you're taking your daughter with you! You'll have a lot of fun as a family! They do have infant vests and our last cruise w/ baby, we had to put it on her and then we could take it off for the rest of the drill. As long as you know where to go and how to put it on baby, you don't have to stand around with her uncomfortable. Have fun!

We just returned home on 8/14 from the Dawn!! Great trip with our 16 month old daughter.

I did have to call the front desk 3 times to have an infant jacket delivered, but they did finally bring it to us.
