ncklhaus Posted October 17, 2014 Author #76 Share Posted October 17, 2014 Hi. I have been going through your first 2 days of dailies on your other thread. Thank you. Very helpful. We will be on the November 30th Breakaway sailing. Just a question about the UBP. It seems the literature you are posting only makes reference to the $59/day package that includes liquor. I thought there was also a corks and caps package that was just beer and wine for about &44/day. Have you come across this corks and caps option? Just wondering as we might get it for our sailing but the package would not be worth it for us if we each have to pay $15/day extra for the liquor option we would not use. Thanks a lot! Yes there is a corks and caps for $44 per day. Even though I didn't think I would come out ahead with the UBP, I am pretty sure I did. If you have a few drinks per day, plus a few sodas, its definitely worth the price. With the plan I didn't worry about having to finish every drink. I didn't feel the need to carry an unfinished drink with me, and if my drink got watered down, no big deal. Just get another one. But when I look back, I definitely came out ahead. Patron shots alone covered the price of the package. :D
ma_t_gus Posted October 18, 2014 #77 Share Posted October 18, 2014 when and where is lobster night? MDRs only?
ncklhaus Posted October 18, 2014 Author #78 Share Posted October 18, 2014 I honestly didn't see if/where there was a lobster night as we didn't eat in the MDR's for dinner. But we ate at Teppanyaki and the lobster was the best I've had. My husband had the calamari at Teppanyaki and it was so good he wants to book a Cruise to Nowhere just to go eat there again! :D I also had the Lobster Roll at Ocean Blue on the Waterfront and it was also quite delicious but smaller than I expected.
