Last time I checked beach chairs were not available for rental.

 

Isn't Brown's (Browne's) Beach on Carlisle Bay? If so, there are a few places to rent chairs such as the Boatyard.

 

Of course, as always, I could be wrong.....

They are basically the same stretch of beach but with different names. Brownes beach is frequented by the locals and there are usually no beach chairs etc available. There are public bathrooms which are relatively well maintained though.

 

Boatyard/Carlisle bay/Harbour lights/lobster alive all use this same stretch of beach but they each have their "own" section of the beach. I use "own" rather loosely because there are no private beaches in Barbados.
