Nliedel Posted July 7, 2006 #58 Share Posted July 7, 2006 Escargot is delicious IMO, but the OP is right about calamari. Actually, it's cut up and deep fried garden hose. I used to say anything I didn't cook. Now I'm more of a foodie. Chocolate that's intense and smooth is always good. Seafood done well is heaven. I love steamed veggies and I know that does not sound special, but I can't get this house of testosterone to eat them.

skyejaden Posted October 2, 2006 #70 Share Posted October 2, 2006 on the Crown, definitely the warm cookies both chocolate chip and butterscotch as well as their warm chocolate croissants in the morning. Also the shrimp in Cafe Caribe was fantastic every single night. The fettuccini alfredo was perfection on the Crown and it comes in this lovely parmesean pancake/basket type thing. On the Zaandam I would say it was the french toast with strawberries and fresh whipped cream. aaaaaaah!!! delicious.
