It includes some Starbucks branded items throughout the ship but it does not include products sold at the Starbucks franchise kiosk in the promenade.

The "Premium" drink package does not include specialty coffees of any kind. Only the Replensih and Utimate packages include specialty coffees.

There is a Starbucks branded kiosk on Oasis and Allure. Don't know about Quantum. These are not included in the Replenish and Ultimate packages. Edited December 15, 2014 by clarea

Just a reminder that the cafes on allure/oasis sell speciality coffees even though there is the Starbucks onboard. They won't sell everything Starbucks offers, but if you just need your cafe mocha (or some other big name/common specialty) the cafe will have one.
