Pre Booking spa appointments on Norwegian Getaway

Does anyone know if you can book spa appointments (massages, facials) prior to boarding? It's been several years since I cruised with NCL and can't remember if I was able to do this before.

If you go onto NCL.com and then go to MyNCL your booking should be there. This is where you can prebook your excursions and spa treatments, as well as any dining or entertainment reservations you might want. You do have to pay ahead of time if you decide to book anything.

You can pre-book some through MyNCL, however this is not a comprehensive list of what is offered on board. I've tried calling in to book as well, but they could only pre-book what was on the website.

All other items must be booked on board.

On our recent Jewel cruise, we were not able to pre-book spa treatments, but the telephone concierge put them in as requests, which then seemed to become "confirmed" once we checked in to the ship. Neither my wife or I recall doing anything to affirmatively confirm the requests, although we did go over them with the suite concierge during check in and she may have confirmed them for us. But I think the requests get at least placeholder reservations. Hope this helps. (BTW: she enjoyed the massages and facials; I had an old fashioned hot towel shave which was great, and we both enjoyed the spa passes for the thermo facilities.) Enjoy!
