"Sam the Man" Taxi Service

My friends have been to Antigua before and took a taxi around St. John's. The man who took them around was named Sam. He was known by "Sam the Man with the Blue Van."

 

They loved him and we're having trouble trying to track him down. Does anyone have any info on what business he would be with?
