Zenith cabin #6149

I am not familiar with this cabin but I have some information for you about your cabin. Your cabin is on the Caribbean Deck, third passenger deck from the bottom. Your cabin is aft (in the back) but not very back so you should be fine. It is an oceanview and has 2 twin beds convertible to a queen size which just means that you can choose to sleep in twins or room steward can push them together and make a queen size bed for you to sleep with your partner.

We are sailing on the Zenith in December and have cabin 4070 on the Florida Deck. This will be our first time on her but I have sailed the Horizon, her sister ship and enjoyed her very much!

You will love the large window in your cabin, it was so large the kids sat in it like a window seat! Can't wait to do that again!

Oh my, can you change your cabin? You are directly below the kitchen and honestly they move carts on the floors all night. We were on that one for Christmas and our friends as well and their cabin was beside yours. They rarely got any sleep. We were in 6116 and had dining room chairs and carpet cleaners over our heads all night long. It was the longest 14 days of our lives. As a matter of fact Celebrity refunded all of us substancial cruise cretificates because we did not sleep well at all.

Good Luck

Hate to bring up an old topic, but define "all night." I will be in 6114 cabin with 3 other college students on spring break, so we tend not to go to sleep too early (no, we won't be ruining for the rest of the passengers who are trying to relax, we all own tuxes for the formal nights and will be there to relax too).

We were in Room 6155 with another couple in 6157 Feb 11-16. We didn't notice any noise from above. We turned in around 11-12 nightly (okay, maybe 1:30 one night) and slept fine. Due to our aft location, there was a little bit of vibration each time we left port, but it settled out quickly and we were fine at sea. We had read that the soft goods had been replaced in most of the rooms. Unforntuately, that wasn't the case with our two rooms, and they were rather worn. Overall, no major complaints. Also, our cabins were as described above by Cruizinrican. Enjoy!

My ex-husband had this cabin last year and actually enjoyed the location. He said it was fine bc when their we usually back at the cabin to sleep it was after 2am and the kids club was closed. My DS12 at the time loved the kids club being right next door.

I guess if you go to bed early then you might want to considering upgrading to another cabin. It might be noisey when the kids are all in there.

Good Luck-
