damiross Posted January 25, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2015 My girlfriend took a cruise many years ago. She was able to send postcards from the ship with a ship's postmark. Does Princess offer this service?
Rare MicCanberra Posted January 25, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2015 Sorry, I cannot tell you as most times I have sent postcards from on shore.:D
caribill Posted January 25, 2015 #3 Share Posted January 25, 2015 No postmarks from the ship. All mail is given to a port representative and then hopefully makes it way to a local post office near the port where it will receive that country's postmark. skynight Posted January 25, 2015 #5 Share Posted January 25, 2015 Use the country name as part of the address, ie U.S.A.. Otherwise foreign postal services may not know where to send the mail. It's happened to us, forgot the country and the post card was never delivered.
