New Cruiser Question re: Drinks

My apologies if this is not a new question.

 

We will be cruising on QoS. I know I can get free water, lemonade, coffee at the WJ. What I am wondering about is drinks during meals at the complimentary restaurants. Is everything at the complimentary restaurants complimentary?

Restaurants will have complimentary tap water, coffee, hot tea, iced tea, lemonade, milk, and juices at breakfast.

The same beverage choices are available in the MDR at no charge.

 

Milk, coffee, tea, iced tea, lemonade and water.
