Hello all.

Maybe I'm missing something, I have booked a Thomson canary island cruise for December this year, when I booked it was advertised as 'Full Board' basis, not being a big drinker I did not concern myself with drinks packages.

Today I received my full confirmation by email and it states quite clearly

Board basis 'All Inclusive' ??

I'm reluctant to check this with Thomson for obvious reasons.

Any thoughts anyone. thanks in advance for help from you professionals :)

Hi, Terry,

Check with Thomson.

No worries.

They do quite often include a freebie drinks package to encourage early booking - though their marketing can't be up to much if you were unaware of it :D

Or it may be a misunderstanding on the wording - "board basis All-Inclusive" - it may simply mean all meals & snacks, like pretty-well all cruises.

I don't see that checking with Thomson can do any harm. Especially if you phrase it something like "I just want to confirm that the booking includes the drinks package".

If it does, they'll confirm. No harm done.

If it doesn't, they'll tell you it doesn't. No harm done.

Cheers

JB :)
