Your best bet is to just call Carnival. They can do it much quicker.

I have successfully made online payments to Carnival using Chrome as my internet browser; however, I had to call the web solutions department at Carnival with a separate issue on their website, and they explained their website is best utilized with Internet Explorer 8.0 or better. You could try logging on with IE, if you're using a different browser, and see if that helps?
