Any Distilleries open and within walking distance on Easter Sunday?

We'll be in port for 9 hours on Sunday, April 5th and I'd love to visit a distillery. I'm guessing there will be limited/no transportation available so will there be any open within walking distance of the port?

The centre of that city is a dead place on Sunday. When I was there 2 months ago, everything was closed and even near the pier there barely were any merchants. I like exploring towns on my own, but within the hour I was back onboard.

So, you'll need to arrange own transport (taxi, rent a car) if you want to go to a distillery. And even then, I wouldn't dare to bet they're open if even the center has everything on lock down on Sundays.
