RickEk Posted May 15, 2015 #26 Share Posted May 15, 2015 I think that California and New Hampshire state LAW says that the never run out of time. So if you are from one of these states I would check with Princess and tell them that state law trumps what is said by the cruise company. I believe you're thinking of gift cards. Future cruise deposits are completely different.
Colo Cruiser Posted May 15, 2015 #27 Share Posted May 15, 2015 Why would anyone in their right mind want to keep an FCC for 5 years anyway. Its a travesty.
Tempo Posted May 15, 2015 #28 Share Posted May 15, 2015 I believe you're thinking of gift cards. Future cruise deposits are completely different. Type in FCC Calif. in search and see what comes up.
RickEk Posted May 15, 2015 #29 Share Posted May 15, 2015 Type in FCC Calif. in search and see what comes up. Did that and nothing enlightening shows up. Maybe you could cite the pertinent law?
Tempo Posted May 16, 2015 #30 Share Posted May 16, 2015 I looked it up again it is under FCC California Residents in search then you will see on the first and 9th one what others have said about the FCC has far has Calif. and NH goes. I know that it is not listed on the FCC you get but the law has not changed, just that princess has dropped it off the paper work. You are right I do not have the California law but if you get in touch with someone from Princess that is in there main office I'm sure they know. Just trying to save people some money when they buy the FCC and can still use them when they want to.
