Price protection/OBC question

There is a new sale..free upgrades..$50 OBC...how do I fill out the form for just the OBC? I just paid for an upgrade today..so only interested in the OBC.

I found the price protection form by googling it. I just filled it out and submitted it. I had trouble finding it on Carnival's website at first so when I found it, I also book marked it, for quick future access. Hope this helps.
