Walking to airport

Is it it doable to walk from Nordhavn to CPH? Just wondering..Thanks

If you consider 16 kilometers doable, then yes.

 

If not, then a bus/train ticket to the airport will only set you back 36 kroners, that's around 5-7 dollars.

Thanks, our flight leaves at 3 pm so if we walk, that will probably be all we do. It is a shame we can't stay longer to see the sights, but DH has to return to work. Considering the ship's city tour which is 4 hours long with airport drop off. But I think it is a little high at 99 dollars each. (My DH just said no to walking it)

What about making a stop mid journey?

 

If you start with only a 2 zone ticket to the central station (24 kroner) you can store your luggage there and go to Tivoli, National museum (free entrance) Glyptoteket or walk up and down Strøget.

All these places are in walking distance from the Central Station and Tivoli even next door.

 

When you go for the airport you have a train every 10th minute to choose from and it takes 12 minutes, tho trip is a 3 zone ticket and cost 36 kroner.
